Trump is Asking For Everyone At The U.S. Capital To Remain Peaceful!

  • A "wild" protest does not imply violently storming the capitol building.

  • You're depriving the quote of context by ripping out the words that explain what Trump is referring to:

"We are going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women, and we are probably not going to be cheering so much for some of them, because you will never take back our country with weakness."

He's saying we should only cheer for brave senators, and not cheer for senators who are weak. It's not an incitement to charge the capitol building.

  • Telling people to not concede is not the same thing as telling them to swarm the capitol building.

  • I don't care about Rudy. Rudy is not Trump.

  • "Telling people for months that the election was stolen" is not "telling people to violently storm the capitol building."

Dude, this is so simple. Re-read my comment, for fuck's sake: "It's amazing how many dummies on this site are saying Trump called for people to charge the capitol building."

Trump did not, at any point, call for people to charge the capitol building. You are projecting what you want to see onto his words, by inferring meaning he never said, and then pretending that your inference is a direct call to violent action. I've already had this exact same discussion a million times in the replies. Go read them, instead of starting yet another pointless rabbit hole.
