Trump to Be Barred From U.K. Parliament Over ‘Racism and Sexism’

I'm not american but from the outside looking in. What baffles a lot of the left is that Hillary was overwhelmingly better for those people than trump is.

Yes, she didn't say she was gonna bring coal back and she signed the tpp. But did you actually know what her policy positions were? She advocated for retraining in actual industries that can come back (a far better plan than trumps protectionism which could literally derail a lot of industries and IMO America should facr sanctions for), then secondly the tpp thing was actually overwhelmingly good for american jobs. Even the carrier CEO implied that there's simply no way to make american jobs attractive when it can be done for so much cheaper elsewhere. Tpp (besides the IP laws and some other things that were tacked on and admittedly highly unpopular) included laws to raise the working conditions of employees - the reverse effect of that being that those jobs are no longer so much cheaper than american jobs. That's how government is suppose to work - its suppose to be a battle between protectionism (helping jobs) and the free market (globalisation) to reach something that's a compromise between both.
