Trump campaign tells Mississippi group to stop saying he supports legalizing medical marijuana

Your point is noted.

However, the people I talk with that favor 65 seem to believe that we will be like Colorado, with legalized MJ stores. Their hope is that they would be able to possess it without fear of arrest. Because the verbiage of the initiate doesn’t specify certain conditions, there is their hope.

Back to your point: pharmacies like CVS, Rite Aid, Kroger, Rouses, Walgreens, etc, would be likely venues for sales. They already pay these real estate taxes, etc. we know that because they are evil corporations, they don’t pay income taxes.

There would be no additional payroll taxes for the pharmacists, no?

And if I65 legalizes the sale of MJ, because it won’t prosecute the possession of it up to 2.5 ounces, it should be subjected to the same state imposed taxes that cigarettes and alcohol are taxed.

Perhaps this was discussed during the public meetings held by the state. I did not go to any of those. And it it was discussed here, I missed those threads.
