His 100 day plan represents only a fraction of the promises me made during his campaign.

After a year he has accomplished 10 of the roughly 40 promises made in that document. And many of those were achieved through largely symbolic executive orders.

Even if I very generously ignore the dozens of other direct promises made during his campaign, and even if I ignore the dozens of promises he's made since the campaign ended, and even if I ignore the fact that he completely blew his own 100 day deadline, that's really low.

The people who say he has delivered on the majority of his promises are ether lying or have a very poor memory.
