Trump lawyer says no evidence of fraud, because he is not claiming fraud. He is claiming violation of the election code. Violation of procedure, in this specific case.

No, you miss the point.

The suit was trying to get all the mail-in votes in PA tossed out.

Trump alleged fraud, his allies alleged fraud, his lawyers argued in court as if there was fraud (calling the election board's approach a "scheme", etc...).

But then the judge digs in. And lo and behold there is zero evidence at all of voter fraud. And the lawyers admit it.

So there's no fraud. There's nothing that could remotely justify throwing out all the mail-in votes. There's nothing that could legitimately affect the PA results.

Instead it's an argument about a particular technicality that at best affected less than 600 votes. In a state where Biden is ahead by like 50,000 votes.

So it's a big waste of time. A completely frivolous lawsuit. Without merit.
