Trump and Melania reportedly compared life in the White House to being in a Venezuelan jail

Not a Trump supporter bu there is a perfectly rational reason this headline from BusinessInsider.com won't lead to any impeachment or "constitutional crisis", and will go largely unnoticed outside this sub.

It is because its standard meaningless clickbait without any substance, constructed by cherrypicking some unconfirmed information from a paragraph buried in this WashPo article that sources two unnamed people who are "familiar with the meeting".

Melania Trump, who was also in the room, said she sympathized with the conditions Tintori’s husband, Leopoldo López, faced in jail back in Caracas because the White House often felt as confining as a prison, according to two people familiar with the meeting

Then later on in the same article:

Stephanie Grisham, denied that she made the awkward remark about the White House feeling confining like a prison.

We don't impeach based on unconfirmed reports by unnamed people who are supposedly giving hearsay about a meeting.
