Your quote is from Barry's summary, not from the Mueller report. It's very clear (and sad) you haven't read Mueller's report and choose to pass Barr's narrative instead of the work of an entire team of people at the justice department.

Mueller was quite clear in his congressional testimoney:

Trump was not exonerated.

Mueller did not believe he had the authority to pursue obstruction charges against a sitting President

Mueller believes Trump could be prosecuted once he leaves office.

Claiming TRUMP IS INNOCENT is nothing short of a Conservative wet-dream. Now go change your sheets and start paying attention to the facts (things like Mueller's congressional testimony under oath) as opposed to Hannity's frothing on Trump's ballsack.
