When I first saw the headline I thought, “Maybe this is a case of a Trump official coordinating with insurrectionists. We’re learning that the FBI is probing communications between lawmakers and those who participated in the 1/6 events. Could be similar to that.”

But it looks like he’s been arrested for breaking into the Capitol.

Klein’s mother, Cecilia, told Politico in a telephone interview that she discussed the Jan. 6 events with her son, and confirmed that he was in Washington, D.C. that day.

She told Politico that she came away with the impression that her son hadn’t entered the Capitol but couldn’t recall whether he specifically denied it.
