Trump Twitter bots, numbering in millions, could be used to blanket internet with weaponized false info

I think if every Member of Congress reads The Russian "Firehose of Falsehood" Propaganda Model and the other RAND publications below, Congress more quickly might move to impeach Trump so a commander-in-chief with keener intellect and higher aptitude immediately can begin taking the steps necessary to defend the United States and American liberal democracy from the ongoing and intense Russian Hybrid Warfare attack against the USA and the other Western liberal democracies. These RAND publications show that Russian information (propaganda) is but one of the toolkit components of modern Russian "Hybrid Warfare". Anyone in the USA and other Western liberal democracies who uses the Internet or other media is a target of Russian Hybrid Warfare.

Presently, Russia is conducting an intense "political warfare", or Russian Hybrid Warfare, campaign against the United States, Germany, the UK, France, the Baltic States, and numerous other Western liberal democracies. Valery Vasilyevich Gerasimov (age 61) allegedly is the person behind the the so-called "Gerasimov doctrine", which underlies modern Russian Hybrid Warfare. Gerasimov is the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia, and he is first Deputy Defence Minister.

The so-called "Gerasimov doctrine" is political warfare prevalent today in modern Russian military strategy. This doctrine combines military, technological, information, diplomatic, economic, cultural and other tactics, which Putin and his government then deploy towards one set of strategic objectives. In comparison with conventional warfare (or nuclear warfare), Putin prefers this "political warfare" due to its comparatively low cost, e.g. the propaganda and/or cyberattack campaigns against the 2016 UK Brexit referendum, the 2016 U.S. presidential election, the recent 2017 French presidential election, and the forthcoming 2017 German federal elections set for 24 September 2017. The Russian Hybrid Attacks against the Brexit referendum and the U.S. election were successful and achieved their aim — passage of a national referendum in favor of the exit of the UK from the EU, to weaken and break up the EU; and, the Electoral College victory of Trump, to weaken the United States and cripple American liberal democracy.

Trump, Putin, and the New Cold War
"A country that is beset by turbulence closes up on itself—and Russia’s hands are freed."

Putin Believes He Can Win a War with NATO, Piontkovsky Says
"“No state or regime goes to war firmly convinced that it will lose it,” Andrey Piontkovsky says, and Vladimir Putin is no exception: if he goes to war with NATO and even if he escalates that conflict by using nuclear weapons, he will be acting on the basis of a belief that he can win it. That belief, the Russian commentator says, is based on Putin’s assumption that the logic of mutually assured destruction (MAD) which prevented a major war between Russia and the West has broken down because of divisions within the West about how to respond to Russian use of a limited nuclear strike."
