You can’t just look at a single article title on it’s own. Look at the greater picture. Most people read only the article title and form opinions (which isn’t a good practice). The title of the article is read by these individuals with the understanding of the context that they understand.

Many people call Trump sexist, which though almost certainly true, is an opinion that is often repeated in the news, particularly the left biased outlets. So when John Doe reads this article title with the context of what he’s seen out there, how do you not expect him to see this as “Trump is sexist.”

Yes, the title is factually true, but if the title is not carefully written you can easily cater to a particular narrative, intentionally or unintentionally.
