I had a friend named Brian who voted Trump. Was die hard Trump etc, etc, etc…..Well we were smoking herb one day before the election and I just made an off handed comment saying that I didn’t really like Trump and had no plan to vote for him etc. Now remember this is a person I‘ve known my whole life and before the comment we were having a good talk, reminiscing about old times, friends gone etc. He knows I’m not a bag guy. In fact he always asked my opinions because my mom was a semi famous journalist. So he knew I was not a bad guy. But immediately after I said I didn’t like Trump he acted totally different. He took the huge pile of herb we were smoking back. He started to immediately act differently after I made the comment, almost like I said I was a baby rapist after saying I didn’t like Trump. That’s how bizarre and awkward it was. Before he left, angrily, he asked me if I was a Hillary Clinton lover, which I’m not, I f***ing hate her even more, but the damage was done. I saw how warped his mind had become and I saw in that moment just how dangerous not only Donald J Trump was but his supporters as well. There was no dissenting opinions in this world. In Brian’s case he was an incredibly suggestible Army veteran who bought the Fox News racist BS hook line and sinker. That’s what made me so pissed of about the whole thing. He is a good person. But the way he instantly treated me differently because I had a varying opinion from the Fox News Party Line and I didn’t immediately differ to his choice of Tronald J Dump. This was the same type of person who was an unashamedly conservative Bush II voter. He said he voted for Bush 2 both times and was proud of his vote.
These neo cons, racist , white trash types don’t seem to realize that it’s they themselves that have caused a good many of these problems we face as a society. Not all but a lot. The war on terror is a great example. We would have never gone down the rabbit hole of 9/11 and its subsequent wars of oil if not for George W Bush and the Republican party. We would not be in this covid long haul nightmare if not for The Republican Party.
My prediction for our future? Trump or Desantis gets elected by the electoral college, in a race run using fraudulent means, especially in Florida. A race that is incredibly close that may be decided by the Supreme Court. But they barely win and their win send the system into chaos. In a bid to hold the falling country apart they invoke martial law and during their rule we turn fully into a dictatorship.
It’s the exact same tin foil hat wearing, Q drop following, Neo Con Republican that are always calling out the evils of the supposed ‘deep state’ that is gonna bring it all about. Watch. We may all end up in FEMA camps and it’ll be the Republicans who it is all there!
Are Democrats the answer? Absolutely not! But the Republican Party? That is literally a racist, cult of personality budding dictatorship that would destroy the county and everyone in it if it decides it can’t have what it wants. Here in the State of Florida they wanna throw drug addicts in prison for life. All while a guy who tried to overthrow the government gets to kick back and play golf all day, everyday on the tax payers dime!!!! Why are they so gung ho to throw the book at the drug addict? Why not the guy who launched a failed coup? Who is more of a danger to our society?
