I've had a similar experience. They send out canned responses to emails without reading the email you sent them. I was doing QC with them and I explained specifically what the issue was and which picture it could be found in for a watch that I was rejecting. They proceeded to send me another email saying that I need to explain what the issue is so they can report it back to the factory or whatever. I replied that I explained it completely in my previous email, so they sent me ANOTHER email asking me for an explanation. I proceed to copy and paste my explanation from my previous email and sent it again (bear in mind this was all in one email chain). Really fucking irritating.

Same exact thing happened when I was making payment too. I said that I paid through paypal and put the requested info in the pp message, they then sent me an email asking if i put the requested info in the paypal message. Why are you responding to my email without even reading it? It really started to annoy me and it's the reason I probably won't ever buy from there again. I have a feeling their poor communication may be the reason why they were removed from some TD lists
