Miller is said to be fighting at Rhodesia after the events of GZ, a point that is brought up by Skull Face when talking to Zero. Meaning, this conversation must have happened after the events of GZ.

... does it, though? Far as I can tell searching the transcripts, this is the only mention of Miller's activities in Rhodesia; ever. Kaz himself offers some info on one of the PFs in Africa being made up of former Rhodesian SAS members, and that's it.

So what makes you think that SF and Zero are referring to Kaz's activities post GZ? Nothing in the tape supports that assumption. We know Kaz was working with Cipher through the events of PW. How extensive was that arrangement? What did he get up to? When? Who knows? The conversation is very vague; Kaz is up to old tricks. That's it.

Why wouldn't SF be involved with managing Kaz's activities in the timeframe that Kaz was working with Cipher before the events of GZ?
