Who the hell is we. I'm talking to you. Because you're spreading misinformation. And also if I die it will likely be from liver failure from years of drug and alcohol abuse, as well as many suicide attempts, and a metric tonne of different psychiatric medications for 13 years. Maybe my kidneys will go first instead, but I highly doubt it will be from the lithium itself. My blood levels on it are non toxic and I drink plenty of water. I am fine, I'm just extremely thirsty all the time and have a dry mouth. Because that is the side effect of taking lithium.
