I want to try to get into the field of computer science, with existing B.A.s in English and Psychology. How?

Computer Science is a branch of math; it would mean studying discrete math, logic, algorithms, and so on. Since you have no CS, math, or programming experience, I would think that, if you wanted a secure, lucrative job, then you would need to consider going back to school for a B.S. Your options might be a little different if your current field was related in any way to math/science, since that would allow you to instead consider an M.S. or self studying, but arts degrees are so thoroughly different from CS that you would need to start from scratch.

Further, if you were imagining yourself doing things like front end development, then you would probably want to focus more on software engineering or web development programs as opposed to computer science.

I know that you want to get a good paying job, but there's a reason that Software Engineering and Computer Science jobs are well paying; they're difficult and require a ton of study and practice. You have to be prepared to make that kind of time investment over some years of study if you want to get into the field.
