You can just make your own transcript. Search online for examples and try to make it fit what you actually did to the best of your memory. If you're going to start at a community college and you can also submit SAT or ACT scores, that should be enough. I did my first two years at a CC and then transferred to a university, and this is what I did. Granted that was 15 years ago, but still-- it can be done.

You might call or visit the community college you want to attend, explain your situation and ask if they have an admissions / enrollment rep who can walk you through the process of applying as a homeschool graduate. Most CC's are used to working with homeschoolers, so your situation is probably not totally unheard of for them.
