trying to build a gaming pc for streaming

What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using. old school runescape i want to stream gameplay on twitch tv and possibly make youtube video's but for the most part just stream gameplay most likely using (obs) open broadcasting system, i think most or all of the streaming programs require running an updated directx so i need to be able to do this too which was my current problem as my current pc was not able to do this. What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes? $700-900 hoping around $850 would work a great build for me i wish i knew more about this kind of stuff but im sure you guys can help me out. When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy. in the next month i want to build this pc. What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (Tower/OS/monitor/keyboard/mouse/etc) i currently am using a hp pavilion a6157c and like my current monitor/mouse/keyboard/and speaker system. i dont think i need an os system ill be using a windows system can i swap the one im using now over possibly i might also have a code i can use for one i have already? im not sure if anything else i have will work to keep for the new build but if possible that would help since im not that rich haha the reason im trying to upgrade/build a new pc is because i am not capable to stream gameplay on this computer due to my integrated graphics chipset always wanted to stream gameplay. if im going to be building a new pc anyway id like to include the best setup possible with speed and durability as i would like to have it for a long time :) as well as not have a problem streaming trying to avoid lag and stuff like that. Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location? i am in NC, USA. I do not think i have a local microcenter im guessing i can use there web center catalog to order products? If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated. stuff im using at the moment id like to keep- HP monitor/Dell speakers and sub system i have/HPwireless keyboard with usb port adaptor/dell mouse wireless. im not sure what else i can keep to use maybe more? the shell of my computer? any of the hardware/software? im really new to all this so input would be greatly appreciated. Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU? possibly, dont know much about it to be honest. maybe down the line but i dont know if theres a need to do this or not for what im trying to do. Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc) i honestly do not know, if anyone can help me with this to figure out what would best suit streaming online gameplay to twitch aswell as keeping the best ideal settings for oldschool runescape like reducing lag and keeping my response time perfect. Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-tower/full-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components? well i do have a case/tower idk if ill need another one for this or not but to be honest looks of the computer dont mean near as much to me as function although red LED's do look nice to me and stuff haha but ya i'd prefer functionality over appearance. Do you need a copy of Windows 7 or 8.1 included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference for one or the other? i have this covered thank you. Extra info or particulars: --anyone who plays runescape/old school runescape and has any insight on the best possible setup for this game while ingame: staking/player vs monster/player vs player info would be greatly appreciated. --anyone who has ever streamed on twitch tv and knows some things that would help suggest what to use to put together the best possible machine to do this with --any suggestions/comments at all that can help! Thanks guys i need a lot of suggestions and direction i have a post in "buildapc" aswell if that helps at all, excited to learn more and hope to get some direction! thanks again!
