Trying not to feel guilty over not accomplishing as much as I wanted today. Anyone else like this?

Sounds a bit like you're using working out as a task to accomplish and using these tasks to avoid doing actual work.

Why? What's with the tasks that you don't like? Is it the job you don't like (or studying I guess)?

Been there, done that.

In my case, I was avoiding tasks because I wasn't feeling good in my body and mind. It went on for weeks, then months, then a year. I'd be happy because I went to the store and I went for a run and that's important too, right? I ignored the fact that I used to exercise at 5, then shower and went to work for 8 hours, then would stop by the store on my way home. Now I would be happy to go to the store.

I sincerely hope you don't digress like I did. If you find yourself slipping like this, find psychological help because it doesn't go away on its own. Took me over a year to realize.
