Trying to promote peace among Blacks and Whites with dialogue

There are places in America that are unlivable because of violence and crime. There is no comparison to Baltimore, Southern Chicago, or Southern LA in most of the Western world. Street gangs have more influence than local governments and daily murders are the norm. I think the adults are a foregone conclusion, but there's still hope for the kids. We need to create a program for kids in those communities who are trapped but express a willingness to work toward a proper education and become useful in the economy. They should be relocated to host families that are willing to take them in to provide them a safe, crime-free place to live. This way, white liberals that profess how progressive they are now have to put their money where their mouth is or stop give up the role of being the Ben Hurr of black people. Upon completion of school, they should be given some sort of credit for state school or some federal acknowledgement to employers that can see that they're good, hard-working people. Not even the most hardcore racist would be against this kind of welfare program because it is based on genuine intent, choice, and results. I hate to say it, but blacks have been going about this unity shit all wrong - you have to draw a line in the sand between you and "the bad ones" if you want to get anywhere. The government should do everything in its power to acknowledge the good ones and help them out. We need to stop treating "black people" as a monolith group and just accept that a segment of them are lost like we do with every other group in society.
