Trying to sell a laptop for $120. This person offers me $50 for it

That's exactly what my 10 year old niece does. She has two younger sisters but her parents made her feel like she was god's gift to humankind when she was younger. She's selfish, self-absorbed, arrogant and still throws crying temper tantrums if things don't go her way.

Just last fall, her youngest sister had a terrible fever. Her mother was covering her in cold wet towels to try to keep her temperature down and was debating taking her to emergency. The 10 year old flipped out, got angry and started crying because now this means she won't be able to go to her Judo christmas party that evening.

She also preemptively cries when she's in trouble to try to get sympathy. Just a month ago I was watching them and her younger sister was acting like a frog but was near her, she was standing reading a book, and got upset for some reason. Kicked her sister in the leg and then kicked her in the head and her sister got mad and was about to retaliate. I told them both to stop it and take a step back. The 10 year old starts crying and blaming her sister.

I dread the day she gets older.. and I feel sorry for anyone she dates. Then I remember she's just my niece and not my kid and I get happy again.
