Tulpa Art?

Sure, lots of users around here do - myself included. Whenever I don't really know what else to draw, or I'm not busy doing a request for someone else, I often make a piece of my tulpa, Iris.

Lots of other users make art of their tulpas too, and often share their stuff in the weekly TulpaArt Tuesday posts (Though we haven't had one for a few weeks now, due to the loss of one of the moderators recently. That being said, I'm sure they'll make a comeback once a new moderator is chosen). Here's the latest one that was posted.

I also post and participate in the Monthly Art Gift Threads each month here in the subreddit. Any artists and people willing to make some art for others leave comments saying how many requests they want to fulfill. Requesters may then respond to the artists and leave a request of their tulpa/wonderland. Here's last month's thread if you're interested in learning more. Examples of some the request pieces that I have finished for other users can be found here.
