NATO does share some blame, so does the the US. You don't negotiate with a snake, a snake bites. i.e., you can negotiate with a tyrant like Putin but maybe if he was given guarantees by NATO/USA that Ukraine won't be joining NATO, this whole war could have been skipped. Now even the president of Ukraine is walking away from his previous decisions and given up his wish for a NATO membership. Tusli is on our side, she is trying to see what we could have done to make the situation less shitty. Not to forget she served 20 years and was deployed for 1 year in Iraq. She knows the military situation in Europe certainty better than Biden. No matter what she does she cant control Putin, she is thus trying to make sure her own people do what she thinks is the right thing and criticising NATO for not doing that.
