Turns out the Military SO life/style isn't for me. How do I break it off without my sailor hurting herself?

One last thing, she doesn't really have any major assets. Our finances were never combined, we have all sorts of stuff signed and notarized to protect us both, and establish who owns what, but it doesn't matter because I am going to at least try to work through this. I am taking care of the home (which by the way, was paid for in cash, by me, the title is in my name, and "as a single man, sole and separate property" and she has never once paid a dime in rent, or to utilities, or really anything other than her stuff, and occasionally paying for her part of a date night or something. Other than that, its ALL on me. And, I don't get paid ANYTHING because of her. Not housing, not medical insurance (already have amazing medical, dental and actually auto insurance paid by my job, so moot point for me anyways). What isn't a moot point for me is that I still love her very much, I still wish to be with her, and yes, I will finish the house while she's away because I do want it to become a FAMILY home.
