Turo claim department issue

Seems to be the way turo is treating their hosts now. I had a renter trash my car, curb rash and a 10 inch scratch on my hood. The curb rash was "impossible" to happen on the same trip even though I had pretrip pics saying otherwise. Denied.

The 10 scratch "somehow" got associated with another trip that ended 4 days earlier...you can't file a claim on a trip that ended that long ago...that trips not an option when filling a clam in the dropdown...I told them it's "impossible" that I filed the claim wrong... Denied.

Not sure if turo brass is aware....but screwing over hosts makes renting cars you don't own difficult if hosts go over to get around.
