TW: SA. Crime bulletin emailed for assault in Arch Graveyard

It's an affluent area, with a generally wealthy student population that can afford to have their transgressions buried. There is plenty of rape and hate crimes on campus. Not sure if it's on par with other similarly sized universities on the reporting end, but I do know the crime report that comes out every year omits a lot of what happens on campus, because victims choose not to move forward with reporting/pressing charges. Let's just think about the known frat rapist that was on campus two years ago-everyone knew he was a serial rapist, but he was protected, while his victims were silenced. He got his degree on time, do we know how many women didn't, because they had to deal with the trauma?
