I'm sorry you are having to go through this. I went through a Title IX investigation after I filed a formal complaint. If he raped you and stalked you please go to the police. Title IX is not going to make you feel like you have gotten justice. I had a really difficult time processing everything that had happened during my title IX investigation. I really wish that schools would pay for victims to go to therapy. I did not see my professor again after I filed the complaint but I did get threatened that I was going to be "gang raped" in a note given to me. My suggestion would be talk to a therapist before you have to go through a hearing or whatever procedures your school has
