Hundreds if not thousands of kids depended on schools and daycares to eat. Also, these services gives the same opportunities for learning and socializing for every kid. The thing is, coronavirus is not the only threat. I think the stupid thing to do is to repress all the other health issues in our communities for one thing. Children need to be stimulated. Having all these establishments closed will keeps some unfortunate children from having the same opportunities as some who has these ressources from well caring parents. Kids need to be protected. Let’s give them the ressources they need by lifting the coronavirus lockdown slowly and prioritizing them first.
