Twins of AW, how does your current life compare to your twin's life?

I have been in a solid relationship for six years.

She has been floating from literal bad boy, to bad boy for over a decade (she began dating at a younger age than I did). Her current beau beat her up so terribly last year, that officers were called to her apartment.

I own a house, together me and the husband have a dog; I just got married.

She and her current dbag boyfriend recently got a dog of their own, and she bought a house specifically for the dog and abusive bf. Does the boyfriend pay bills? Nope. It lands all on my sister.

I am currently expecting my first child. Given my sister's recent track record at following in my footsteps, our mom is terrified that my sister is jealous of my life and next she will wind up pregnant by the abusive boyfriend.

I don't see my sister as the motherly type, and I've never thought her to be jealous of me before so I doubt she'll start now.

That said, I'd love to see her free from this boyfriend, and truly happy. I have never seen her more depressed and unhappy than she has been during the entire time she has been with him. It breaks my heart to see my twin in such pain, and to watch her not do anything to change her situation.
