Seeing a lot of toxicity and hatred in this thread. Quit being ignorant and believing everything you see online. Dog attack stats are skewed. A lot of dog attack "statistics" count a dog as a pit bull even if it's a mixed breed and only part pit. Tell me how that's right when a lot of times other breeds are counted as pure bred only? I own a pit, I adopted a pit. Never bitten, never aggressive, never so much as growled at me even when we play rough. It is not the dog, it's the people who raise them. And it's also people like you spreading hatred and misinformation based on "statistics" that you see online. It's just straight up ignorance at this point and it's a shame that people turn to hatred quicker than trying to understand.
