Please enlighten me on how Canada is innocent based on those 5 acts of genocide. Note: the UN states that ANY of those acts constitute genocide. doesn’t have to be all of them

As I already explained, those are acts that constitute genocide if they intentionally are perpetrated against the defined classes I previously mentioned. As such, Canada's forced cultural assimilation/cultural genocide isn't constituted as genocide under the UN's definition.

If you were to claim any incident of the 5 acts listed above constitutes genocide, then every instance of violence (i.e., a bar fight) would be considered genocide. Those acts mean nothing without the defined classes prior in the definition.

Canada did not intentionally attempt to wipe out Indigenous Canadians due to their national, ethnic, racial, or religious background: it attempted to culturally assimilate Indigenous Canadians into the rest of Canadian society, which can be considered cultural genocide, but not genocide.
