I'd never say to a potential hires face I won't give them a job because of their skin color or religion or gender due to silly laws, you bet I don't hire them. Women get pregnant, some religions require religious holiday days off, and certain ethnicities are lazy. I've got at least two in my employ who share my world view and they're both well above 9/hour. There are the racists you know of, and then there are those who are realists working beside you, above you, governing, and paying most of the countries taxes that degenerates benefit from.
