Ya, this is it for me. I have invested a significant amount into my home office on my own dime (probably was going to regardless). If you want me back in the office, then don’t give me a dirty ass 10 year old mouse and keyboard, tiny monitors that I have to prop up on reams of paper (fun right?), a 15 year old tiny office chair that sounds like a small animal is dying whenever I shift in it, and my cubicle is right by the hallway with my back turned to the door so people can just walk by and look over my shoulder. Oh, and we all have to pitch in to pay for clean water at the office. If you want me in the office, then you have to hold up your end of the bargain so I can work efficiently
