The second example of Requiem breaking the lore: NPCs using shouts. Most notably people like Tyranus. Using the Thuum requires dedicating decades of your life to it. Yet requiem just hands out the thuum to people who would never be able to use it. Tyranus has spent his entire life dedicated to his duties as a vigil of stendarr. He would not have the time to master the thuum, which he clearly has, considering the massive power of his unrelenting force shout. This shouldn't exist clearly, if you are going to follow the lore, somebody like Tyranus would NEVER be able to use a shout to this extent.

I just want to point out that of the few non-dragonborns to shout, they all seem relatively young. People like Ulfric and the Ebony Warrior. What NPCs other than Tyranus use shouts anyways?
