TX Woman Dies Of COVID After Posting Facebook Rant: “You Don’t Need Sanitizer, You Need Faith And Guns”

I read many comments showing anger towards religion itself. I feel it is not the wrong of religion itself but mostly on the individual preacher themselves. There are certain specific preachers that do not do their job in good will but enjoying the ability to influence people and persuading them to do things. Hence making decisions like asking people to attend gatherings while clearly it is probably inviting them to death's door and start their own side plague. I am a Buddhist but I have many friends of different religions in my country, and I can be sure most of you have friends of different religion or beliefs. I heavily disagree in making these general categorization towards a specific kind of people. Like how certain criminal activity are "usually " or "probably' caused by people of that color or religion. Why can't these foul activity be just the possibility of that particular problematic individual? I am sorry if I'm confusing as English is not my first language, I am from Malaysia and we live closely with different religions, and I have felt warm hearted and cared for from people of all races , colour and beliefs but also hurt by each and every of them too. Even if in the media, when they show statistically a certain group of people have high possibility of certain crime, it really annoys me because it made people of that group who lived a honest and sincere life live with shame and instantly get segregated from being a contributor of society. Let's stop blaming the group of people and find the reason that cause these people to attend these gathering, these all comes down to how those individual was brought up, what values they have gained across the years, how easily they are in being manipulated, they are not being ignorant solely on religions.

This is my first time showing my opinion in this and might offend certain people, but my intention wasn't malicious and aggressive it is all solely my point of view which everyone are free to disagree, I do not wish to participate in any fight for right and wrong but I think sharing different opinions might contribute into a better healthier society. Lastly, let's not spread hate and focus on being happy ourselves at this hard time, support and show love to your loved one too.
