It’s a joke.

People online, usually dating profiles and some women on tinder, etc, have a thing where they want 6ft+ men despite having absolutely zero way in person to notice the one inch difference. Thus, 5’11 is short because your still in the 5 foot range, will 6’0 even is tall because despite being the bare minimum of the 6ft range, your “better” off and “tall.”

It’s stupid to have to think about it because it’s just a joke. Some people lie about height or round up as a result. For example I say I’m 6’5 but I’m only 6’4 and 3/4ths of an inch measured. So a lot of 5’11 guys will “lie” just over an inch or two that literally nobody will fucking notice.
