That's Judy's first post-sex romance text. There's a few more after that. I think all of the new ones are in 1.5.

The chocolates were added to the "I've left something in your apartment" text that was always around (at least since patch 1.3).

The Mox shotgun has always been a thing, though it didn't spawn for me in one of my five playthroughs (and I romanced Judy in that one), but it did in the other four.

The big problem with all of these texts is that no one really knows what triggers them. "Wait a few days, and then wait a few more".

I had every River romance text in-between two of Judy's. I romanced Panam first and didn't get her shower-selfie until I had every other romance text from every other character (except Kerry, who shows up so late in the game that I wonder if anyone gets his texts unless they're waiting on that iguana egg to hatch!).

Only a slightly different note, I just finished The Star last night with Judy as my primary partner, and she spoke to V while Panam & V were talking in the tank. I don't remember that from my 1.31 playthroughs, so that might be new content, albeit only two lines of dialogue.
