U.S. anti-Communist propaganda of the 1950s

There are several conspiracies wrapped up here, so the question becomes: from what layer depth is this remark coming from? First off, paranoid anti-communists think unesco was secretly in cahoots with the commitern and so by their logic unesco is supposedly a communist front incapable of doing good. It's not an idea I'd unequivocally reject but in reality there's not a lot of reason to buy into it unless of course you see the bridges in the fog, so to speak, or archways in the mud which may be the case here. WW2 kicked up an awful lot of dust and it's no surprise the pointing of fingers more often correlates w political alignment than objective reason. Shouldn't be a surprise that a plea for historical revisionism might be bundled with very strong political agenda and a choir of yes men to boot.

Doing a quick sixdegreesofwiki reveals the character Leon Blume, although he headed unesco's french mission he also happened to advocate against the commitern. So no go. My faith in tracking this yeti is thin, please try to do better and find that missing link so u/GeneralApplebees doesn't have to sit around garnering sympathy votes for looking like a delusional paranoiac.
