Unlike you, however, I’m sure that no amount of tax is going to detract from my continued financial success or personal happiness, and I place the major, fundamental improvements brought to millions by a well funded safety net over my ability to make additional, marginal increases in personal revenue.

I live like a pharaoh on the income I, and my family, have. I’ve seen the houses of many billionaires and traveled the planet. Truly, I live better than any single human before the year 1900 and better than 99% of people alive today - including Americans. So if you really are making more money than I am, and you are still a conservative, I truly feel bad for you, because something in your heart is broken.
