Iˋm an American expat living in Germany. I have a lot of friends who are doctors here. I also grew up in the South. I told my friends here that the US death toll from Corona would probably surpass 1,000,000. They all know about the quality of US health care and the reputation of the CDC and didnˋt quite believe me. I started reading some of the religious justification for not getting vaccinated but couldnˋt make it through the first paragraph.
