U.S. Punishes Russia for Election Hacking, Ejecting Operatives

If you read that actual quote, you would realize what it is really about. Yes, it was a crude comment which I personally wouldn't have said. However, it was a hell of a lot more indicative of how women are portrayed as influenced by wealth and power by society. Everyone leaves out the 'when you're famous, they let you do it' because that's less rapey sounding and wouldn't perfectly fit the narrative.

This goes back to the adage that stereotypes exist for a reason. I'm not saying all women are easy when you have money and power, but it happens. A lot. Enough for it to be a stereotype. That is a societal view that badly needs to change but it stems at the root of the behavior.

I'm not saying Trump was right in saying that, but the message is not purely 'womanizing bigot'. It is one of those things that while offensive, is a painful truth, it happens frequently and until it stops happening, it's going to remain a stereotype. The MSM is at fault for how that played out. I'm so happy that they are able to paraphrase quotes out of context and tell everyone what to think about it. God forbid someone think for themselves.
