U.S. Sailor passes away from wounds and becomes 5th victim from the Chattanooga shooting.

This is a great post, and I'm glad you said this.

The FBI director refused to call Dylan Roof a terrorist. And I personally think he did it for political reasons. For people saying that Dylan Roof didn't commit a terrorist act, I've made a chart to help you understand that he actually did. The definition of "Domestic Terrorism" below is the same one that can be seen on FBI.gov

"Domestic terrorism" means activities with the following three characteristics:

  (A) Involve acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law

  (B) Appear intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination. or kidnapping; and

  (C) Occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S.
  • Dylan Roofs intent was to start a race war with blacks. This is intimidating or coercing a civilian population. Primarily, black Americans. So this absolutely meets criteria from section (A). Blacks were so intimidated by his murderous actions, that they were coerced into purchasing firearms to attend church.

  • Dylan Roof killed Senator Clementa Pinckney. That is assassination of a government official. He affected the conduct of the government by doing so. See: (B) sect: (iii)

  • The shooting happened in South Carolina. So this def meets section (C)

Dylan Roof literally met every single criteria of the FBI's definition of domestic terrorism. Oddly enough, the FBI refuses to label Dylan Roof as a terrorist. Dylan Roof was flying a flag that represents treason, and the people fought over the "right" to keep human trafficking.

What's funny is, there's Americans out here that support Dylan Roof, and they support that confederate flag that represents treasonous human trafficking murderers on state buildings.

What would happen if a black or a Muslim were to walk down the street carrying the black standard of ISIS? They would be investigated, or put in jail. Why aren't confederate flag supporters? The confederacy and ISIS had some of the same ideology.Go look at the confederate supporters the "League of the South", Facebook page. They're literally advocating for the overthrow of the federal government. And the FBI won't label these guys terrorists? And they don't see why they're a threat to blacks & other minorities?

I personally feel the same way seeing someone fly a rebel flag the same way as I see someone flying an ISIS flag. It makes me feel intimidated.

These double standards have to stop. This isn't the 60's or the 70's where people can just feed you a load of bullshit, than expect you to buy it. The FBI's own definition on their own website directly contradicts what the director said. It makes absolutely no sense.
