Ok thanks for that answer. That is not what I experienced. Before the fork, my wallet was labeled BCH Wallet and I had funds in it throughout the fork (obviously, since they were locked up). A few weeks after the fork, my funds were "released" (as in they weren't locked up anymore), and it was empty, however there was a little gift looking icon that allowed me to claim my BCHSV. So I did that, sent it to an exchange, and I was happy with that. My issue of course is that I received BCHSV but my original starting amount of BCH totally disappeared.

I have emailed support numerous times stating the exact same thing over and over again, but I keep getting the same canned answer from you guys with an explanation of how to claim my BCHSV and that I need to do it before the Jan 31 deadline. I am convinced that your people are not even reading my emails.
