UBC Zero waste beverage pilot needs your input

I drink coffee mostly for medicinal effect so my priorities are price and convenience. I don't much like the flavour of the stuff, but sometimes it is necessary to function.

Oh and I would also point out that if one is really trying to play find-the-cheapest-coffee, get a decent lunch from Fooood directly behind CIRS for $5 and it's included.

It can be fun to get a cappuccino or other drink of the sort from Starbucks on occasion but not regularly.

Even the other options in this initiative are rather expensive and cost nearly as much if not more than getting it in a bottle from a convenience store (and I bet it's cheaper in a grocery off campus by a decent margin). It just doesn't seem like "it's environmental" is super likely to get someone to go to a somewhat out of the way place on campus to pay just as much for a more inconvenient product.
