Write down all the restaurants you picked up from. You could look at all the order details and google the addresses to help you remember.

Go to the restaurant that is missing the order and tell them you need to get info of an order you picked up. Some restaurants have the history of orders picked up. Tell them the approximate time you picked up and to look for your name.

I did that once before when UE didn’t pay me for an order I delivered. I was lucky I still had the order#. Funny thing is that when the employee searched for the order using the approximate time I picked up, the order didn’t have a driver but was delivered and he told me that was very strange.

The customer reps on the phone said they can’t pay me because they don’t know who delivered the item. Even though common sense would suggest that the person calling in to make a claim about delivering it is probably the one who delivered it or maybe they also have ghosts delivering for them?

I eventually emailed them and told them I remember the customer name and where I delivered to and the restaurant and the customer’s complex have cameras so they better pay me or else. They then paid me.
