UC Berkeley vs. Cornell

At UC Berkeley, you pick a cluster of 3 electives in a specific topic that goes along with your applied math major program but what's strange to me on this site is how when you look into the courses for Actuarial Science, I don't see any courses related to interest theory, life contingencies ? So I'm not really sure why they would indicate that cluster group as act sci but anyways, I wouldn't add anything related to act sci to my transcript/degree. Like what the other guy said; you can find way better career paths than being an actuary given the schools you got into and I guarantee you that it's much better than grinding exams and fiddling with excel.
