So cool?! I completely stopped accepting orders from any such buses after seeing how unsanitary they are. Instant decline no matter the pay.

They are usually a family so there's no manager to tell you it's not ok to scratch your ass or pick your nose and handle food immediately. They also oftentimes exploit their 5-10y.o. children who help them 12-16 hours a day standing on their feet all day. And kids are even more unsanitary - they go play in dirt and run to the bus when parent calls for help and put their hands in your food; they cough and sneeze without any regard to safety; etc.

Expired or not properly refrigerated ingredients of questionable origin are also of concern. And cockroaches just love to make vehicles with food their home. Absolutely disgusting! And I'm talking about delivery... let alone eating their food!
