John Stargaryen (MMAFawkes) made a case for the over 1.5 rounds in the Wright-Todorovic fight. This is what he said on the Club & Sub podcast:

"What if you would go with the Over 1.5? Todorovic doesn't really bite down in the pocket and swing. He likes to cage-push guys, he likes to wrestle. As has Wright. Todorovic isn't really an aggresive guy. There is a decent chance these guys end up clinching a lot. Todorovic loves to clinch and Wright tries to clinch & grapple more lately. They could be doing that for 12 minutes. Todorovic has some KO's regionally so probably hits hard enough to KO Wright. However Buckley was stalking Wright, Hernandez blitzed him. Silva was happy to let his hands go first time they entered the pocket. That's not really Todorovic' game. "
