UFC225 weigh-in results: Yoel Romero at 186. He’ll have two hours to make 185.

Turning down a fight because your opponents .2 pounds overweight would kill the main event, which means refunds for everybody, which means huge financial loss. Despite the fact that's its a hundred percent Romero's fault Robert Whittaker will look really bad if he turns down the fight. Don't forget the time when RDA broke his foot before his Conor McGregor fight and his next fight was literally a Fight Pass main event. Profits matter the most and if the UFC doesn't feel like they can trust a guy to come in and save an event why would they give you the headliner. That's just my opinion from what I've seen from the UFC but it makes way more sense to me than the alternative of everybody patting Robert Whittaker on the back and telling him good job.

The money he's set to make off of this card which he is headlining, has two title fights and CM Punk, for whatever that's worth, is a lot. 2.5 million is what I've read. The odds of him getting another payday like that very miniscule.
