Besides, I don’t buy the bullshit that Australia didn’t take the call at all. There were a couple of dozen vaccine options within 6 months. It narrowed down to about 10, since then about 5 have done great… we bet on a couple of losers, the AZ is a mixed bag and we got heaps of Pfizer and Moderna as well, if AZ had not been surrounded by the blood clot contreversy, we would have been 3 months ahead. Instead we’ll still hit the targets….

But there is one fact. We had a major outbreak. We asked the US for help. They said no. We got help from fucking Poland and Singapore and eventually plenty from the UK but the US… not Pfizer but the US refused us help. Regardless of any order issues with Pfizer 12 months earlier. I don’t defend the Australian government - but they will get us over the line in under 2 months. But it will be done without the US government - the same government that has us jumping to their every whim… so fuck em. Cunts. Total cunts.
