This UK cheerleader tho.

Gymnasts are really good at redirecting the centrifugal forces of their rotations back into the floor to leap higher the next time. It’s really more of a science than an art.

A lot of gymnasts as they move into higher skill level training will take physics classes to learn about the energy dispersion and how to safely harness the energy they’re dealing with.

A common term that a lot of gymnast parents would know is “rate of kinetic terminus”, or “rekt”, which is the speed at which a rotation is too dangerous to harness. They constantly flirt with this rate, but exceeding it would result in mild spagettification of the gymnast, or severe damage to the gymnastics environment due to the massive energy release.
